Axonic Capital and its ownership partners have secured nearly 48,000 square feet of leasing commitments across three full floors at 11 Bryant Park Plaza, less than a year after acquiring the Midtown Manhattan office property in November 2025.
As reported in Mann Report, the leases include commitments from Spot & Tango, MediaRadar and a fintech company. The activity comes as Axonic and its partners, AM Property Holdings and Eyn Holdings, execute a comprehensive repositioning and capital improvement strategy. Planned improvements include a renovated lobby with a tenant-exclusive café and lounge, updates to the ground-floor façade and elevator modernization.
This early leasing momentum supports Axonic’s conviction in the Bryant Park submarket and the opportunity to create long-term value through investment and active asset management. CBRE’s leasing team represented ownership in the transactions.
