Axonic Capital, in partnership with Boston-based real estate firm Synergy, has acquired 265 Franklin Street in Boston’s Financial District. The 21-story office tower spans approximately 358,406 rentable square feet, occupies a full city block between Post Office Square and the Rose Kennedy Greenway.
The acquisition was covered by Boston Real Estate Times, which reported the transaction as the first joint venture between the two firms and an expansion of Synergy’s growing presence in Boston’s central business district.
