Mr. Kaufman joined Axonic in 2018 and is responsible for developing and implementing acquisition and asset management activities across Axonic’s commercial real estate debt and equity strategies. Prior to Axonic, he was a Senior Associate at Mack Real Estate Group, where he was responsible for underwriting, asset management, development, lease negotiations, JV negotiations, and dispositions across a portfolio spanning various property types. Prior to Mack, Mr. Kaufman was an Associate at Lone Star Funds/Hudson Advisors, where he conducted underwriting, asset management, and portfolio management activities across all major real estate asset classes. Mr. Kaufman graduated from University of Maryland, College Park with a BS in Finance & Economics.
