Ms. Chizner joined Axonic in 2025 as Associate General Counsel. Prior to Axonic, she was an Associate General Counsel Taconic Capital Advisors L.P. where she was responsible for negotiating and drafting various contracts and fund documents, structuring investments and overseeing real estate transactions. She previously was an Associate in the real estate group at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP from October 2016 through April 2020 where she represented clients in a wide range of real estate matters, including joint ventures, financings, property sales and acquisitions, developments, leasing and loan workouts. Ms. Chizner received a B.A. from Binghamton University and a J.D. from New York University School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in New York.
